Information collected
Campit collects the name and email address you provide, your vehicle year, make, model and type, the measurements and build options used to generate your blueprint, an order identifier, delivery status, and limited technical information required to operate and secure the website.
How it is used
This information is used to calculate and generate your blueprint, process and verify payment, deliver the file, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain order records, and improve the clarity and reliability of the service.
Payment and delivery providers
Payment is handled by Stripe; Campit does not receive or store your complete card number. Transactional email is handled by Resend. These providers process the information needed to perform their part of the service under their own privacy terms.
Storage and retention
Order data and generated files are protected in the website's managed database and file storage. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, re-downloads, support, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations.
Sharing
Campit does not sell customer personal information. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the purchase and delivery workflow, when you direct Campit to do so, or when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to records that Campit must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. Send requests to hello@campit.ca.
Security and contact
No online system is risk-free, but Campit uses private order tokens, managed storage, restricted administrative access, and reputable payment and delivery providers. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@campit.ca.
